For now here's a little photo of my latest creation. It was a birthday cake I made for my lovely friend Nora, a red velvet cake with dark chocolate + almond butter filling and icing, complete with a hundreds & thousands coating. It was so hard to cover the whole thing but if yoga has taught me anything it is to be patient so I persevered and covered every inch! She turned 29 so rather than covering the cake with candles, I gave her a happy cake!
